RNFA Head of Representative Football
JOB TITLE: RNFA HEAD OF REPRESENTATIVE FOOTBALL (HRF)
ROLE
1. Head of Representative Football for the RNFA.
This is a military appointment and therefore only RN Service Personnel may apply. The RNFA is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive community and welcome applications from all sections of the Royal Navy.
POST REQUIREMENTS
2. The post holder will become a member of the RNFA Senior Management Team and should have a sound understanding of Royal Navy football. The role requires accomplished management skills to allow for support to be given to the full spectrum of management teams as team manager’s develop and grow. The appointment requires outstanding interpersonal, leadership and management skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively both up and down the organisation. The post holder should understand the complexities of wider Service football and be able to act as an ambassador for Royal Navy Football Association.
